Gracemere Shopping Centre

Project Value: $1.6 Million

Bulk Earthworks (approx 5 Ha) for new shopping centre development.

Works included;

• Site clearing of vegetation and topsoils which were reused upon completion
• Cut and fill with the use of Scrapers and Compactors with full time testing for moisture and compaction
• Shaping of batters inside the site and along the Capricorn Highway for Main Roads
• Removal of excess fill offsite and Sediment control management via silt fencing and detention ponds
