ENERGEX BUILDING UPGRADE - NORTHGATE

Project Value: $1.8 million

QMC Group converted an existing warehouse building into a new office for Energex at Northgate in Brisbane. The works involved installing new steel framework and construction of a new floor level. The works comprised full fitout including separate offices, meeting rooms, boardrooms as well as open space work stations. In addition sanitary and kitchen facilities were upgraded.
